Our crew works from March thru November however, our design and planning process can start any time of year, so your project is ready to build as soon as weather permits.

We design every project with Chicago’s climate in mind — selecting durable materials, incorporating proper drainage, and using native or climate-tolerant plants.

Every project is unique, but here’s a general idea:

• Front Yard Enhancements: Starting around $2,500 - $10,000
• Backyard Design-Build Projects: $5,000 - $25,000+ 
• Rooftop Gardens: Typically $10,000 - $40,000+ (depending on structure and design)

• Materials & finishes (natural stone vs. concrete pavers, etc.)
• Accessibility & site preparation
• Lighting, irrigation, and drainage systems

Yes, a standard deposit is collected upon design approval, with the remainder due in progress payments during construction.

This ensures materials and scheduling are secured promptly for your project.

We will guarantee, for a period of one year from the date of installation, all plant material and labor costs except the following: Japanese Maples, Roses, Rhododendron, Perennials, and all plants not designated for Zone 5.   NOTE: In order to keep guarantees in force, all invoices must be paid within 30 days of invoice. The guarantee is also contingent on the customer watering plants as needed. This guarantee does cover plants installed in containers.   This guarantee does not cover damage from animals, ice, snow, wind, or poor use of chemicals.
